What will change?
The front page will feature HTML enriched seasonal action updates, events and new anti-authoritarian media (written, photo, picture, audio, video) from affiliates (using teasers leading to specific pages). The side block links will be fixed or removed. Forums and recent comments will be restored to cover most of the main content that isn't action/event/original content oriented. Once the front page is established, it won't have to be updated except once or twice a season.
If the MIdwest Action Network is to act as a vehicle for anything more than what I have noted, please reply to this forum post. I think it has done a good job as a portal for local groups to expose what they are working on to others in the region. It has also acted as a reminder of events that I or others have planned to attend.
If anything, please inform other groups that this webpage exists for Midwest/Great Lakes anti-authoritarians. Regional anti-authoritarians should feel more than welcome to promote their events/actions/media on our site. While the actual network needs to build its own purpose, I hope the network's website can continue performing whatever role it can in making it easier for anarchist networking.
