The National Labor Relations Board

is bringing Starbucks to trial, in

Grand Rapids

, over their

unlawful termination

of an IWW barista.The trial is open to the public and everyone is encouraged to come and see the high-priced lawyers of Varnum, Riddering, Schmidt, and Howlett attempt to defend Starbucks union-busting.

On Friday, Starbucks settled interrogation charges which said they used their lawyers to interrogate baristas about their "protected, concerted activities."

The trial will be on Thursday and Friday.
