MAN site changes

The "Midwest IMCs" is redundant. Some indymedia sites are active, others aren't. Instead I will create an Indymedia portal with links to midwest imcs and turn the "Midwest IMC" newswire into the "Columbus Indymedia" newswire, the "Chicago Indymedia" newswire and the "Twin Cities Indymedia" newswire as these are the top three active wires that have feeds I can syndicate. Updates will be apparant soon.
