Anti-fascism/Leninism as Anti-Deferment?Neighborhoods rally against directly violent threats and a public demostration of power usually precedes an exceptional amount of aggression and violence. Devrim's world, I imagine, sees the scale of racial conflict at a higher degree than political gangs attacking isolated individuals and burning neighborhood homes. Shutting down public demonstrations have reduced the influence of these groups in America, though the racial sentiment and its populism can never be controlled by militants on any side of the populist equation. Leninism isn't motivated by the same populism, but rather injects themselves into class struggles and attempts to manage them. Though not immune to racialism/nationalism, they prefer to mix Marxist jargon into these struggles re-enforcing their dichotomy as a source of conflict and siding with the oppressed force. It does make sense to know that identity along racial/national lines affects perspective and behavior in capitalism, but it doesn't make sense to enforce these lines when we want people to become conscious (identify) as exploited. However, sense most people will only come to this consciousness organically, it does make sense for the role of the pro-rev to shut down groups that intervene in popular struggles and press for a class perspective. Capitalism has many servants, anti-fascism doesn't have to be confused as only a battle against a single ideology, but rather part of a general attempt to prevent the deferment of a general class perspective by other political groups.
